Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the MEDID platform ("Service") operated by MEDID ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "Service" refers to the medical, beauty, tour, and concierge consultation reservation brokerage platform provided by the Company.
② "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Service and use it in accordance with these Terms.
③ "Reservation" refers to the act of a user applying for a consultation with an affiliated business through the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
① These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service's main screen or notified to users.
② The Company may amend the Terms as necessary, and amended Terms take effect 7 days after notice.
Article 4 (Content of Service)
① The Company brokers consultation reservations between users and affiliated businesses (hospitals, beauty shops, tours, concierge).
② The Company provides reservation brokerage services; actual medical, treatment, and tour services are provided directly by affiliated businesses.
③ The Company may change the content of the Service as necessary for operations.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
① Users must not engage in the following:
- Registering false information
- Misappropriating others' information
- Interfering with normal Service operations
- Violating relevant laws and regulations
② If a user is unable to visit after making a reservation, they must notify the Company in advance.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)
① The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service disruptions.
② The Company is not directly responsible for disputes between users and affiliated businesses but will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.
③ The Company is not responsible for the results of medical or treatment services provided by affiliated businesses.
Article 7 (Privacy Protection)
The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the competent court.
Addendum
These Terms are effective from January 1, 2024.
