MEDID ("Company") establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly. 1. Personal Information Collected Required: Email address, password, name (nickname) Optional: Profile photo, phone number, nationality/language settings Collected at reservation: Preferred visit date, party size, special requests 2. Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use ① Member registration and management ② Service provision (reservation brokerage, consultation connection) ③ Service improvement and statistical analysis ④ Fulfillment of legal obligations 3. Retention Period Personal information is retained until membership withdrawal and deleted immediately upon withdrawal. However, information required to be preserved under relevant laws is stored separately: - Records related to contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years (E-Commerce Act) - Records related to consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (E-Commerce Act) - Records related to access: 3 months (Communications Secrets Protection Act) 4. Provision to Third Parties The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's prior consent, except in the following cases: ① When the user has given prior consent ② When required by law or requested by investigative agencies following procedures prescribed by law for investigative purposes 5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing The Company outsources personal information processing as follows for service provision: - Supabase Inc.: Database and authentication services - Vercel Inc.: Web hosting services 6.
