• Concerns Before the Procedure As I lost weight, my chest became too flat as well, so I started looking into this to recover my self-esteem. • Consultation Experience When you visit in person and experience the facilities, the staff's service, and the director's customized care consultation firsthand, you'll understand why Design was chosen. • Procedure Results The director provided meticulous 1:1 customized care consultation. There was absolutely no pressure for additional procedures, and I was moved by how the director respected the patient's opinions, and I gained trust. Also, the pain was less than expected, so I was able to return to daily life quickly. • Additional Comments The reasons I want to get breast augmentation are endless. I've deliberated thousands of times whether to do it or not, and I've only been worrying about it... I first searched for reviews about cosmetic surgery and decided to do it, but then I got scared of the surgery & pain, so I gave up on the surgery idea. I rationalized it by thinking "a small chest is fine too.. it might be heavy when exercising..." As I've lived, I've gone through cycles of gaining and losing weight. With sunken upper chest and a complete loss of volume overall, I really couldn't distinguish whether my body looked like a back or a chest. Seeing my body like this, I decided to get breast augmentation to recover my self-esteem. Learning that there were cosmetic surgery cafes, I searched for reviews again and again, and I became obsessed with the breast shape and size I wanted. I searched more and more, got recommendations from acquaintances at several places, and made consultation appointments at a few hospitals, but... One was too commercial, so I passed. One seemed to do a rough consultation because the doctor was busy, so I passed. One was full of confidence but didn't listen carefully to what the patient wanted, so I passed. Then I visited Design, and the kindness without pressure, all staff members who never lost their smile, and most of all, Director Gu's meticulous touch and observations, explanations, focus on what the patient says, reflecting all the patient's opinions, and as a doctor, providing maximum recommendations with restraint - I am confident ㅋㅋ You'll really understand if you get a consultation in person ~ On the day of surgery, since it was my very first surgery ever, I went into the operating room quite nervous. Thanks to the doctors who were so very kind and made me comfortable, my tension naturally relaxed and I chatted about this and that, and I successfully completed the surgery by fully trusting Director Gu. After dressing and applying a waterproof band, I was able to shower too. (When I showered for the first time and saw my new chest, I really almost cried from the emotion.. Thank you so much, really) I washed my hair and moved my arms without straining, and I even went for walks right away because I was concerned about the swelling that comes after surgery. From day 2 to day 6, I walked twice every single day, and on day 4, I returned to work right away ~ It was night shift work, and except for some soreness and tightness, I was able to work. I still have pain intermittently. However, the point is that it's bearable ~ Today is day 7 and I came to have the stitches removed. As I recover day by day, my chest looks different, and my confidence seems to be increasing more and more. Although both sides are still swollen, I actually like this too ㅎ I'm just waiting for the day of my 2-week ultrasound check-up. ~

I was thinking whether I should get filler for it, but the doctor suggested that just getting Botox instead of forehead filler would be good. So I applied at Gangnam Unni, which is known for being the first to offer this. • Consultation Experience First of all, the staff were very kind and there wasn't much wait time. However, the doctor didn't open a new Botox bottle to show me, which was a bit disappointing. But the filler placement seemed to be done well. The doctor touched my eyebrow shape and applied filler in several areas. • Procedure Results They didn't apply numbing cream or anything like that, just made it cold, and honestly it hurt a bit when the injection went in. • Additional Comments I'm satisfied with it. The doctor told me to get it done every 3-6 months, so I plan to do that. Let me observe the results first.

Every time I visit for follow-up care after the surgery, they provide management, but since I wanted to recover a bit faster, I also receive care at a post-operative management clinic! If I had to share my own post-operative care tips, it's this, and it actually turned out to be quite helpful The feeling of the chest being hard and bunched up, I received high-frequency treatments on my chest at the post-operative care clinic regularly, once every two weeks, and it seems to have greatly helped soften it. The post-operative care provided at Design is also very thorough hehe They say that if you only manage with a fixed high-frequency device, the inner part of the chest doesn't get managed well, but here they do manual care with their hands, so I felt that the inner part of my chest was properly cared for!! I also feel the scars fading the more laser treatments I receive! I can't wait to get more laser treatments hehe During these 3 months, there haven't been any other inconveniences! After the breast surgery, there's still some nerve pain, but it's gotten much better over time! Since it's been 3 months, the swelling has almost completely gone down ㅎㅎ The most important thing - the feel/texture!!! I naturally have firmer, more elastic skin tissue compared to others. So it takes a long time for the texture to become softer, and even as the skin loosens, the doctor said it might not become extremely soft due to my natural skin elasticity. But as time goes by, the skin elasticity seems to have loosened quite a bit!! It was really firm at first, but seeing how much it's loosened now, I'm hopeful it will become even softer as more time passes ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ I think the reason the skin elasticity has loosened so much is probably because I've been consistently getting aftercare. During RF management, the doctor carefully works on it directly by hand! It felt like proper care since she carefully worked on the inside of the chest as well! Every time I visit for aftercare and check-ups, I notice the director and staff are so kind ㅜㅜ Anyway, at 3 months now, the size isn't burdensome at all and it's exactly what I wanted, so I'm very satisfied! ㅎㅎㅎ

• Concerns Before Treatment I originally wanted to remove freckles and moles on my entire face, so I requested the procedure. • About the Clinic There was no waiting time, and counseling and treatment began immediately after check-in. There were Japanese-speaking staff members, so I was able to receive counseling without any issues. During counseling, they explained options for my concerns, but there was no high-pressure sales tactics. After counseling, I washed my face, applied anesthetic cream, and then proceeded with the treatment. After completion, I received a soothing pack, and at the reception desk I was given aftercare instructions before leaving. Overall, it was a very kind clinic. • About the Treatment Mole removal (CO2 laser) caused some pain even with the anesthetic cream, but it was bearable. The other treatments caused almost no pain thanks to the anesthetic cream! It's been 3 days since the treatment, and the freckle areas haven't yet formed scabs, so I'm uncertain about the results (previously when I had Lumecca done in Japan, results appeared immediately), but I have high expectations for the mole removal. • Additional Comments The clinic is very clean overall and the staff are very kind and accommodating! The treatment options are comprehensive, and additional choices are possible during counseling, so I'm glad I went. It's only been 3 days post-treatment, so I'm looking forward to seeing the results in the future.
• 施術前の悩み 元々あるそばかすと顔全体のほくろの除去したくて施術をお願いしました。 • クリニックについて 待ち時間はなく、受付後すぐにカウンセリングと施術が始まりました。日本人スタッフがいらして滞りなくカウンセリングを受けることができました。カウンセリングでは悩みに対しての選択肢を教えてくださいますが、押し売りなどは特にありませんでした。カウンセリング後は洗顔をして麻酔クリーム後に施術の流れでした。終了後は鎮静パックをして、最後受付でホームケアの紙をいただいて帰りました。全体的にとても親切なクリニックでした。 • 施術について ほくろ除去(CO2レーザー)は麻酔クリームをしていても痛みは多少ありました。が、耐えれます。 他の施術は麻酔クリームのおかげかほとんど痛みはなかったです！ 現在施術して3日目で、まだそばかすの部分は痂皮化しておらず効果の部分は不安ですが(以前日本でルメッカをした時はすぐに効果が出てたため)、ほくろ除去は期待できています。 • 追加コメント クリニックは全体的に綺麗だしスタッフの皆さんもとても親切に対応してくれます！ 施術内容も充実していて、カウンセリングで追加選択も可能なので行ってよかったです。 まだ施術後3日目なので効果は今後に期待します。
