It was my first nose surgery, so I did a lot of research. Ultimately, I got the surgery from Director Kim Woo-jung. He's quite famous for nose surgery in Busan, and I felt he was meticulous since he explained everything well during the consultation. I didn't even bring photos, but he created a beautiful straight bridge line that perfectly suited my face, so I'm very grateful. It's been 3 months now, the swelling has almost completely gone down, and my friends keep asking me where I got my nose done. haha

I received consultation at Selphy and had surgery~ Since it became bumpy, I wanted to make it smooth and have the tip of my nose become a bit rounder. The nostril asymmetry that bothered me when viewed from the front, side, and above was caught so well, and I'm so very grateful to Director Juno ㅠㅠ This has now become my truly final surgery thanks to the director~~ I'm grateful to the hospital manager and all the staff for being so kind and taking good care of me ㅎㅎ

I had known about this place for a while ~ Two years ago, I introduced a acquaintance to their nose surgery, and they looked so pretty that I thought I should get it done and share selfies. The nose surgery turned out so well that they kept saying it was their "hospital for life." This hospital is famous for Director Woong's nose surgery and lifting procedures. Since I was already going under, I decided to get both my nose and double chin surgery done! When I search for "double chin muscle tightening in Busan," Selphy's reviews are overwhelmingly the most, and the results are so dramatic that I decided to do it there, and it turned out to be such a great choice! My nose is exactly the natural look I wanted, and my double chin is completely gone and sits snugly on my jawbone hehe. The beautiful director and staff were so kind that I had a comfortable and successful procedure.

I was looking for hospitals for double eyelid surgery with monolids, and my friends had surgery from Director Lee Hyuk. I wanted to go to him, but in the meantime he had moved hospitals. I found the director and came in for a selfie consultation before getting surgery. My friends' surgeries don't show much and look natural, so I also went to Director Lee Hyuk. He didn't overdo it and created natural yet distinct eye lines exactly as I had imagined! During the consultation, he tried many different lines for me. I got the burial method + eye correction, and because it's the burial method, the swelling went down quickly, so I'm still satisfied now. For those in Busan considering double eyelid surgery, please definitely get a consultation with Director Lee Hyuk!

This is my first nose surgery! I thought about it a lot and carefully reviewed many reviews before getting a consultation with Dr. Kim Jun-o at Selfie. I didn't bring any reference photos and just asked him to make it pretty in a way that suits me, and he accurately caught exactly what I wanted, which gave me confidence! Right after the consultation, I booked my surgery date without hesitation!! I had a lot of stress because of my low nose bridge and round image, but now that I've checked my 2-month progress, I have no discomfort at all^^~ I can really feel how much my image has changed!!ㅎㅎ I'm so satisfied

Before the surgery, people around me advised me not to go through with it, but I wanted to improve my own complex, so I came to Selphy. I also shopped around at other plastic surgery clinics, but while the prices were cheaper, I had a feeling it wouldn't be the style I wanted. Finally, I came for a consultation at Selphy, and the director's design philosophy was similar to what I was thinking, so I decided to go there. The price was higher than I expected, so I was hesitant, but the reviews of Director Joon-oh were good, so I decided to proceed. Right before the surgery, I was very nervous, but the nurses were incredibly kind. After the surgery, it was very hard to breathe, so I couldn't sleep all day and regretted it, thinking something went wrong. But time heals all wounds... The swelling hasn't completely gone down yet, but so far I'm satisfied.
수술전에 주변지인들이 수술 하지마라고 말렸지만 저만의 콤플렉스를 개선하고자 셀피를 오게됌 다른성형외과도 발품팔았지만 가격은 저렴했으나 내가 원하는 스타일은 아닐것같은느낌이었고 마지막으로 셀피 상담 왔는데 원장님이 추구하는 디자인이 제가 생각하는 디자인과 비슷해서 여기로결정 금액은 생각보다 비싸서 고민했는데 그래도 준오원장님 후기가 좋아서 여기서 하고싶어서 진행함 수술직전에 엄청 긴장되는데 간호사분들이 엄청 친절함 수술후 숨쉬기가 너무 힘들어서 하루종일 잠도 못자서 잘못된거 아닌가 괜히했다 후회했는데 시간이 약이더라구요.. 아직 붓기는 다 빠진건아니지만 지금까지는 만족중입니다

• Concerns Before the Procedure I've always wanted nose surgery because my nose was small and blunt, and after years of consideration, I finally had the surgery! I tried nose fillers before, but the tip of my nose didn't change, so I decided to go ahead with surgery. • Consultation Experience I visited several hospitals in Busan that are famous for good nose surgery and made the final decision with Selphy. First of all, the noses in the review photos were exactly the shape and line I wanted! The director's consultation was easy to understand, and I felt he was kind. I liked that he tried to match what I wanted as much as possible. Many of my friends also had nose surgery, and I saw many cases where the nose tip lowered after just 6 months, so I asked if this happens to everyone and if it's unavoidable. He honestly explained that absorption varies from person to person and can't be guaranteed, but after consulting with the director to prevent such issues as much as possible, we used donated rib cartilage for the nose tip! I appreciated this honest consultation and the director explaining how to handle such cases! Some other places said if surgery doesn't go well, that's how it is, but our hospital never has such issues. • Procedure Results My only regret is that I wish I had looked more carefully at the first surgery and chosen Selphy... ㅎㅎ I'm very satisfied with the surgery results. I don't even think about my previous nose. The nose tip is sharp and perfectly positioned at exactly the refined line I wanted, so I'm so happy... Since the nose is the center of the face, having a small nose made me look even duller. I wanted to have a higher and more glamorous nose. • Consultation experience I went based on a friend's recommendation and found it trustworthy. The hospital was clean, the consultation was friendly, and they said they would match my desired aesthetic, which was great. Since my nose was low and small, I thought it would be difficult to achieve my desired shape, but they consulted with me to make silicone or cartilage options as similar as possible to my desired nose shape, which was helpful. • Procedure results About 3 months have passed and I went for a follow-up. There are no side effects to the extent that it doesn't interfere with daily life, and since I applied scar cream diligently, there are almost no scars, so there's nothing particularly inconvenient. I'm very satisfied with the nose shape after the swelling went down, and now that a natural, pointy, and pretty nose shape has emerged, I'm even more satisfied. • Additional opinions My friends say that among those who got nose surgery, mine turned out the best. I decided to have the surgery after trusting the director based on how he conducted the consultation without any excessive recommendations haha • Procedure results The surgery was done using donated cartilage from my ear, and I had 5mm of silicone inserted! It's exactly the natural straight line I wanted... and it's really amazing! The bridge, tip, and columella line are all perfect. I'm so happy with it ㅠㅠ The tip of my nose is also built up nicely and firmly, so I'm very satisfied! • Additional comments Everything from consultation to post-operative care was perfect. I visited several hospitals for consultations while doing my research, but there was no place that spent as much time and care on consultation like Selphy. • Concerns Before Surgery This is a review more than three months after the surgery! Since I had a complex about my nose since childhood and suffered from severe rhinitis, I was considering nose surgery. This time, I decided to have cosmetic and functional nose surgery. After doing a lot of research, I was recommended by an acquaintance who said that Selphy in Busan is famous for nose surgery, so I had the surgery performed by Director Kim Joon-o! I had many concerns and questions, so I asked a lot of questions, but he was always kind. Not only the director but also the coordinators and nurses were kind. Also, due to some circumstances, I had to remove the splint earlier than scheduled, but even though it was the director's day off, he came and provided consultation for me. Thanks to that, I recovered well and I'm satisfied. My nose came out exactly as I wanted, and my friends around me also said it turned out well naturally. As they say, the director's aesthetic sense is important for the nose, so I had a lot of concerns about having it done in Busan and even looked into Seoul, but ultimately Selphy was the place I liked the most! • Concerns Before Procedure My eyes were too small and the front was blocked, making the distance between my eyes appear slightly wider and looking stuffy. My nose had very low bridge and the tip was too large and blunt, which was stressful. • Consultation Experience All the staff members were kind, and since it's a famous hospital, there was some waiting time~ The parking space was insufficient and complicated, so I just used public transportation... Director Junho did a great job keeping it appropriately moderate and not excessive, which was good. • Procedure Results I heard a lot from people around me that my nose turned out well. People I meet for the first time praise my nose a lot saying it's really pretty. It's great that it's not overdone, so it doesn't look like surgery. After about 2 weeks, although the eyes were slightly noticeable, daily life was possible, so it was okay. After 1 week, I worked two shifts at my part-time job right after removing the splint. The hospital only washed my hair once, so I went to a beauty salon and washed it myself...other than that, everything was good.

After the director consultation, I said I would get a CT scan next time, but they insisted on taking it anyway and made me wait 1 hour for the director meeting. After making me wait so long, I went to the counter and they just told me I could go home without even apologizing lol. I don't know why I waited so long for the CT scan and 1 hour;;I don't know if Japanese people will see this, but you should absolutely avoid this place.
실장상담이후 내가 CT는 다음에 찍겠다니까 굳이 찍으라해놓고 원장면담1시간 기다리게함. 너무 기다리게해서 카운터로가니까 사과도 없이 그냥 집으로 가셔도 된다함ㅋㅋㅋ뭐때문에 CT랑 1시간씩이나 기다렸는지;;日本人が見るか分からへんけど、ここだけは絶対に行かん方がいい。
