This was my first time using a beauty service in Korea, and it was a very disappointing experience. I booked with confidence because it had high ratings and many reviews on social media, but in reality, I felt the service was quite shoddy. The consultation was very perfunctory; instead of thoroughly assessing my facial condition and making suggestions, it felt like they were pushing relatively expensive treatments. When I mentioned my budget, the atmosphere changed to one where they wanted to finish quickly, and I was asked to pay while still deliberating. (This time I received a treatment for about 300,000 won.) Also, I had a 3 PM appointment and arrived a bit early, but the treatment actually started around 4:30 PM. There was almost no guidance or explanation, and I was confused about where to put my belongings or how much makeup to remove. During the treatment, the staff's actions felt rough, and I was anxious throughout, eventually crying at the end. There was hardly any explanation about pre- and post-treatment precautions, so I wouldn't recommend it to first-timers. I also didn't feel much effect from the treatment; personally, it was a very regrettable experience where I paid money just to learn a lesson.

People are nice here, they will not push you to purchase anything. They asked for your budget and do the treatment around your budget.

This place is a fraud. My wife and I signed up for a 5,000,000 won package and received a laser treatment costing 3,600,000 won, leaving 1,400,000 won on credit. We were assured by the consultant that we would receive sleep anesthesia so we wouldn't feel pain. They never administered sleep anesthesia, and we experienced pain we had never felt before. We were so angry; if this happened where we live, we would have sued them for lying and for the immense stress we experienced. When we signed for the package, the consultant told us that if we wanted to refund the remaining balance, they would deduct 10% and refund us. We had such a bad experience that we didn't mind giving up 10% to get the remaining balance refunded. However, the consultant then said there was no money left to refund us. And the attitude she gave us was unbelievable. This place treats foreigners thinking they will never see them again, so it's okay for them to do whatever they want. Again, this place is a fraud. We promise that we will fight with them to get our rights. Do not go and get treatment from this place.
