This was my first procedure in Korea, and I felt reassured because both the staff and counselor could speak Japanese, making communication smooth. Since my main concern was around the eyes, I received Rejuran Eye treatment and skin management. I had 2cc of Rejuran injected not only in the lower eyelids but also in the upper eyelids. After the procedure, there was considerable swelling and I was anxious, but it gradually became less noticeable from day 2 onwards. The photo is from day 3. The dark circles, puffiness, and sagging under my eyes have improved, and the area now has more elasticity. I highly recommend it!

The facilities are pleasant and great after the expansion construction. It's easy to access since it's in a busy area. The consultation and procedures are meticulous.

On my first visit to Busan, I had two consultations with different room managers, but neither of them would forcefully push sales. The recommended projects were reasonably targeted and wouldn't exaggerate the customer's concerns.

This is my second visit, and it's easy to get here from Seomyeon Station. The reception staff speak Japanese, so everything goes smoothly! During the consultation, they explain treatments tailored to my concerns, and there's no high-pressure sales. I was able to get the care for free through a campaign, which was great. The treatment itself is very meticulous. Although the doctor only speaks Korean, the accompanying person provides interpretation, so I feel reassured.

Both the counseling and reception staff could speak Japanese, so I was able to use the service with peace of mind. I came through a friend's introduction, but the counseling was at a reasonable price without any pressure, so I was able to spend time comfortably. I plan to come back again when I visit Busan.

I made a reservation after hearing that affordable treatments were available during the campaign period and then visited. Like a dermatology clinic, they provide free skin diagnosis initially. During counseling, they may recommend treatments you didn't ask for, but it's not overly pushy, so it's fine if you decline. There's an interpreter available, so communication is possible. I was able to receive treatment at a very reasonable price.

The cleansing room was maintained cleanly and hygienically, and with the checklist provided, it was easy to manage at home as well.
