First time here, purchased Rejuran black 2cc and Density High 700 after consultation along with a translator, performed by a male doctor, Rejuran hurts like hell but the doc was quick, I had only a few bruises and little bumps at some area, not very visible. I am also preparing to leave Korea soon for visa procedures and graduate school, and the clinic has been very understanding and flexible about my schedule. They helped me plan my remaining sessions in a way that is safe for my skin but still makes the most of the treatment package before I go. The clinic was easy to find. The director and staff were very kind. The technique was gentle and professional with almost no discomfort. My lips were originally very asymmetrical, but now they look much better.

I received Ultherapy and Botox treatments (mouth corners, chin, jawline), and LDM procedure. My boyfriend who went with me received Botox (forehead, glabella) and fat-dissolving injections for double chin. I thought Ultherapy would include a consultation and facial design, but the doctor entered the room without even looking at my face and immediately started the procedure, which surprised me. Additionally, even though I had made a reservation in advance and specified a particular doctor, I was told "the popular doctor has longer wait times" and was switched to a different doctor. Since I had made an advance reservation, I thought it was normal to make proper adjustments, so I was disappointed.
ウルセラとボトックス（口角・顎・エラ）、LDMの施術を受けました。 一緒に行った彼はボトックス(額、眉間)あと二重顎に脂肪溶解注射をしてもらいました。 ウルセラはカウンセリングをしてデザインもしてもらえると思っていましたが、ドクターが入室して私の顔を見ることもなく、すぐに施術を始められたので驚きました。 また、事前に医師を指名して予約していたにもかかわらず、「人気の先生なので待ち時間が長くなる」と言われ、別の先生に変更されました。 事前予約をしているのだから、きちんと調整するのが普通だと思うので残念でした。

This is my first time doing any sort of cosmetic procedure ever, and Floria Clinic was an excellent choice for a first-timer. The environment is soothing and inviting. If you need translation services, they have someone on-site. The consultant was incredibly thorough in her explanation of the various procedures and upfront about costs. I did a number of things given it was my first time and they were so patient with me given my very low pain tolerance. I would highly recommend people come here for their skincare concerns. When I come back to Busan, I will definitely visit again. Also a huge pro is that it’s walkable from the Lotte Hotel that I stayed at.

This time, I had spot removal, Rejuran HB, and Botox on my glabella and forehead. Numbing cream was applied, so the pain was minimized. They even opened the Rejuran package in front of me, which gave me peace of mind! From consultation to treatment, they provided Japanese language support and recommended necessary procedures for the areas I was concerned about. Everyone was very kind, and even though I couldn't speak Korean at all, I was able to undergo the treatment without any anxiety!

I felt comfortable throughout the consultation since she explained only what was necessary without any unnecessary treatments. I received LaraJet + LDM treatment this time, and I'm satisfied because it didn't hurt at all and there was almost no irritation! The skincare management team members were very kind and took care of me meticulously, which gave me confidence. The director also checked my condition in person, which was reassuring. Above all, the overall system is well-established, so it felt like it was operated systematically. I was satisfied that the doctor carefully addressed my small lips by expanding them horizontally and fixed the overall asymmetry. The service was much kinder and more meticulous than another clinic I visited 2 years ago. I'm satisfied with the design, and I need to see how the swelling goes down, but since touch-ups are possible, I think I got a good procedure. Oh, and I also received Inmode treatment, which I'm satisfied with as well.
